Being a fully qualified sports massage therapist, Amy has the knowledge and experience to apply specific techniques to each individual, helping you to relax, unwind and feel renewed. Massage works on many levels, and the unique way in which the various benefits can be combined to suit the individual make it a versatile and effective treatment method.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 100%.
